Who We Are

A UK-based medical clinic dedicated to non-invasive focal shockwave therapy for pain relief, improved mobility, and sexual health. Our expert team provides effective, science-backed care.

Our Mission

To help people move better, feel better, and live pain-free — through safe, personalised treatments that restore quality of life and confidence.

What We Offer

Advanced focal shockwave therapy that is non-surgical, drug-free, clinically proven, and tailored to your individual condition and recovery goals.

The Science

What Is Focal Shockwave Therapy?

Focal shockwave therapy uses precisely targeted acoustic energy waves to stimulate the body's own biological repair mechanisms at the site of dysfunction. Unlike radial pressure wave therapy — which disperses energy within 2–3cm of the skin surface — focal shockwave delivers energy to depths of up to 12cm, reaching deep tissue targets including the corpus cavernosum in erectile dysfunction and deep musculoskeletal structures that radial devices cannot access.

The clinical evidence for shockwave therapy was generated exclusively using focal devices, in specialist settings, by medically trained practitioners. All published RCTs demonstrating efficacy for ED and deep musculoskeletal conditions used focal devices. Radial devices have insufficient depth for these indications — the evidence does not transfer between device types.

At Shockwave Revibe, only true focal shockwave technology is used — consistent with the published evidence base and the EAU Guidelines 2024 endorsement for vasculogenic erectile dysfunction.

"Focal shockwave therapy allows us to target the precise source of dysfunction — stimulating the body's own healing mechanisms without surgery or drugs."

— Dr Kishore Bahl, Shockwave Therapy in Clinical Practice, 2026

Lead Physician

Dr Kishore Bahl

BSc, MBBS — Specialist Grade Doctor in Urology

GMC: 6070860 →

Dr Kishore Bahl brings over 30 years of medical experience to Shockwave Revibe Clinic, with more than 20 years serving patients across the NHS in multiple specialities. His 15-year specialisation in Urology gives him a uniquely deep understanding of the conditions — particularly erectile dysfunction and Peyronie's disease — that most clinics are reluctant to address openly.

Dr Bahl trained and practised across NHS hospitals in London, developing clinical expertise across a broad range of musculoskeletal and urological conditions. His transition to focal shockwave therapy was driven by a conviction that patients deserve access to advanced, evidence-based treatment that doesn't rely on surgery or lifelong medication.

In 2026 Dr Bahl published Shockwave Therapy in Clinical Practice — a 57-chapter clinical reference covering the full evidence base for shockwave therapy across urology, musculoskeletal medicine, sports injuries, and emerging applications. Every treatment protocol at Shockwave Revibe is built on the published evidence this book documents.

Every consultation is conducted personally by Dr Bahl. There are no junior practitioners, no delegated treatments. Each patient receives a thorough clinical assessment, a clear explanation of their treatment plan, and complete confidentiality throughout.

"I believe every patient deserves access to advanced, evidence-based treatment without resorting to surgery or long-term medication. My goal is to restore function, confidence, and quality of life — naturally." — Dr Kishore Bahl

What We Treat

Conditions Treated at Shockwave Revibe Clinic

ED Treatment

The only non-surgical treatment that addresses the underlying vascular pathology of erectile dysfunction rather than managing the symptom. EAU Guidelines 2024 endorsed. 60–75% of patients report meaningful improvement across 14 published RCTs.

Peyronie's Disease

Focal shockwave for fibrous plaques within the tunica albuginea — reducing curvature, relieving pain and improving sexual function without surgery. 75/25 plaque-to-corpus protocol. 90% pain relief reported.

Frozen Shoulder

Focal shockwave reduces capsular fibrosis through inflammation modulation, stimulates neovascularisation and restores range of motion — without surgery or steroid injections.

Musculoskeletal Pain

Clinically proven for calcific shoulder tendinitis (75–90%), plantar fasciitis (65–80%), tennis elbow (60–80%) and hip pain — addressing the degenerative pathology that anti-inflammatories cannot fix.

Sports Injury

Focal shockwave for Achilles tendinopathy, stress fractures, patellar tendinopathy and sports-related soft tissue injuries — enabling return to sport on genuinely repaired tissue.

PRP Shot

Platelet-rich plasma therapy concentrating your own growth factors at 5–10× normal concentration — standalone or combined with focal shockwave for enhanced vascular repair.

Chiropractic

GCC-registered chiropractic care from Dr TJ Kathiravelu — individualised management for back pain, neck pain, sports injuries and postural conditions.

Anti-Wrinkle & Filler

Aesthetic treatments by Dr Silas Rowlands — dermal fillers, anti-wrinkle, and Endolift with a proportion-focused, natural-results approach.
