Your first appointment is a consultation with Dr Silas Rowlands — a careful review of your facial anatomy, your aesthetic goals, your medical history, and your prior treatment history if applicable. Dr Rowlands will give you an honest clinical opinion on what will and will not work for your specific anatomy and goals. This is not a sales consultation — it is a medical assessment.
2 · Conservative, Anatomy-Guided Treatment
Dr Rowlands starts conservatively. For anti-wrinkle treatment, this means beginning at a dose that achieves the desired effect without over-correction. For filler, it means treating proportionately and symmetrically, with a clear understanding of facial fat compartments, ligament anatomy, and how product placement affects the face as a whole. Every injection placement is deliberate and anatomically informed.
3 · Follow-Up & Ongoing Care
Every treatment plan includes a follow-up assessment. For anti-wrinkle treatment, once results have set in (typically 2 weeks), Dr Rowlands will assess whether a top-up is needed. For fillers, a review at 4–6 weeks confirms the result has settled as intended.
